I’ve Forgotten My Password For The Website

If you have forgotten your password for the website and you know either your username or the e-mail address you used when you joined the society, then you can reset your password yourself. To begin the process, you first need to click here and provide one of the pieces of information requested. Within a few minutes, you should receive an e-mail with further instructions.

If, after following these instructions, you still cannot login, or no-email arrives, you can contact the Webmaster.   Note that there may be a delay in responding as the Webmaster will first try and establish why the automated password reset process failed, in case the issue is affecting more than one user.

I Don’t Know My Username

Unlike the previous site, it is possible for members to sign-in to this site using either username or e-mail address. If you know your e-mail address but would prefer to sign in to the site with your username, you can find out your username by following the password  reset process, since the e-mail sent for a password reset also includes your username. In this case, do not click on the link in the e-mail (unless you also want to reset your password).

Members who do not know the username allocated when they joined the society or the e-mail address used should e-mail the Membership Secretary.
